Fields include: CO - MdProperty Viewjurisdiction code (four-letter county or Baltimore City code). JURSCODE - MdProperty Viewjurisdiction code (four-letter county or Baltimore City code). Municipality \u2013 The name of the municipality as found within the Municipalities layer maintained by the Maryland Department of Planning. Planning Area \u2013 The designated geographic targeted area as defined by state and local partners: Targeted Growth and Revitalization (areas identified by DHCD for revitalization or investment); Established Communities (existing population centers with infrastructure that are not identified as targeted growth and revitalization areas); Future Growth Areas (areas identified in the 2014 layer as possible future development centers that have not been converted to established communities or targeted growth areas); Large Lot Development Areas (existing development mostly lacking infrastructure); Rural Resource Areas (broadly defined areas for conservation). Comment \u2013 Field for comments from MDP. This layer was most recently updated in March 2024. This layer will be updated annually within the first quarter of the year.",
