Description: This feature class helps identify census tracts eligible for Enough Act funding. It includes child poverty rates by tract and a count of eligible schools with attendance zones intersecting each tract. Eligible schools qualify for funding based on student participation in the Free and Reduced Price Meals (FARMS) program. Together, these metrics determine overall tract eligibility. The child poverty rate and related attributes for each census tract were calculated using data from the 2024 American Community Survey (ACS) 5-Year estimates. See individual field descriptions for source Census fields and formulas.
